Responding to enquiries received and following up on the conversation that results.

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, by writing to michele.imbimbo@mc21.capital or through the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Recipients
Data is not sold or passed to third parties for marketing. The site and its contact form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States); messages are received through Google Workspace email. Both process data on the controller’s behalf as technical providers.
